Scope and Content
The Baron Aviation videotape collection consists of 121 U-matic (3/4") videocassettes transferred from Baron Aviation, Inc.
The videos include aerial footage of Cleveland, Ohio and the surrounding area as well as video coverage of local events from
1987 to 1991. Baron Aviation was also known as Baron Multimedia Services.
Statement of Arrangement
The collection is arranged numerically by the numbers (1-205) that Baron Aviation assigned to each 3/4" videocassette. There
are fourteen unnumbered videocassettes that are arranged by title.

Requests for permission to publish materials from this collection should be discussed with the Special Collections staff at
Cleveland State University Michael Schwartz Library.

The collection was purchased in 1991 from Baron Aviation in Cleveland, Ohio. The films were stored in Cleveland State University
Multimedia Services Center until they were transferred to Special Collections in November 2000.
