Abstract:
The Grand Army of the Republic, Brough Post No. 359, was founded in Collinwood, Ohio, as a local chapter of a national association for veterans of the Civil War. Collinwood was annexed to Cleveland in 1910. The collection consists of personal war sketches of members of Brough Post No. 359, including Joseph B. Baldwin, R.L. Chittenden, Henry M. Frissell, J.F. Herrick, George C. Mapes, and Alonzo Waters.
