The Wade Park Committee was formed in 1925 by residents of the Wade Park area on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, to prevent non-Caucasians from buying, occupying, or using property in the area. The collection consists of correspondence, proposals, minutes, copies of agreements, and other records relating to residential restrictions in the Wade Park Allotment in Cleveland's University Circle neighborhood. |
