The Western Reserve Printed Ephemera Collection is a collection of pamphlets drawn from previously processed collections held
by Western Reserve Historical Society in Cleveland, Ohio. The pamphlets were generally removed from their original collections
due to lack of relevance to the collection, but retained and grouped together in a separate collection because of their historic
value.

Scope and Content
The Western Reserve Printed Ephemera Collection, 1834-1995 and undated, consists of brochures, newsletters, pamphlets, and
programs related to businesses, groups, governments, and organizations in the Western Reserve area, covering an extremely
broad base of topics. Of particular note are the city and county government publications.
This collection is of value to researchers studying most aspects of local history in northeast Ohio, the Western Reserve,
and Cleveland. Subjects include, but are not limited to, arts and culture, churches and synagogues, civic organizations, clubs,
colleges and universities, education, fraternal organizations, government, industry, labor, media, philanthropic associations,
and political organizations.
