Anastasia Pantsios is a Cleveland, Ohio, based writer and photographer whose work has appeared in local and national publications including the Cleveland Scene, the Free Times, Village Voice, Spin, Creem, Hit Parader, Rolling Stone, and the New York Times. She has photographed hundreds of major national and local acts since the 1970s, and is a former staff photographer for the Cleveland Opera. In 2011, her 44-piece solo show, "Girls on Film: 40 Years of Women in Rock," premiered at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum before touring to Pennsylvania and Chicago. The collection consists of newspaper clippings, correspondence, ephemera, event programs, photographs, and promotional materials. |

Her work has appeared in local and national publications including the Cleveland Scene, the Free Times, Village Voice, Spin, Creem, Hit Parader, Rolling Stone, and the New York Times. She has photographed hundreds of major national and local acts since the 1970s, and is a former staff photographer for the Cleveland Opera. During the 1990s she was a board member of the Cleveland Music Group, a nonprofit organization committed to promoting and educating local artists about the music business. In 2011, her 44-piece solo show, "Girls on Film: 40 Years of Women in Rock," premiered at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum before touring to Pennsylvania and Chicago.
The Anastasia Pantsios Papers, 1976-1997 and undated, consist of newspaper clippings, correspondence, ephemera, event programs, photographs, and promotional materials.
