1. General, 1804-2006

Scope and Content
Series 1. General spans from 1804 to 2006 and contains the by-laws, correspondence organized by trustee, regulations, agendas, meeting minutes, reports, and photographs of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of Ohio University. Included in this series are handwritten minutes from 1818, an 1821 land lease to Jacob Lindley, copies of the commencement programs used by the BoT to decide conferment of degrees, meeting minutes on five reels of microfilm, and meetings recorded on two audio reels.

2. Secretaries, 1951-1975

Scope and Content
Series 2. Secretaries spans from 1951 to 1975 and contains the individual records of the secretaries of the Board of Trustees of Ohio University. The secretaries represented in this collection are Paul O'Brien and Robert Mahn. The records include correspondence, memoranda and minutes.
