Biography of Joseph B. Foraker

Joseph B. Foraker was an Ohio governor, and U.S. Senator. He served in the Senate from 1897 to 1909.

Scope and Content

In this typed letter, Senator Joseph B. Foraker is introducing his friend John H. Patterson of Dayton, Ohio, to General Horace Porter in Paris, France. Foraker requests that Porter asking Gen. Porter to guide Patterson around Paris while he is there.
