Biography of Earl A. Shunk

Earl A. Shunk was a 1956 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in engineering. Shunk served in the 191st Chemical Depot Company during World War II, and then was offered a position with the Army Ballistic Missile Agency after his graduation from UC.

Scope and Content

This collection contains textbooks, correspondence, news clippings, and maps that Earl A. Shunk gathered while he was a student at the University of Cincinnati and during his service in the U.S. Army. The collection includes textbooks on engineering, algebra, and chemistry and field manuals on chemical warfare.
