History of Kennedy Heights Community Council

The Kennedy Heights Community Council (KHCC) was founded in 1963. It is an inter-racial organization dedicated to maintaining the stable integration of Kennedy Heights (one of the most integrated neighborhoods of the City of Cincinnati) and the continuing improvement of the community. KHCC's activities include representing Kennedy Heights at City Council meetings, encouraging families to move to Kennedy Heights, the sponsoring of neighborhood-wide community-building activities, working to improve and maintain local schools, and acting against unethical real estate practices.
