This series consists of analog charts, correspondence, drafts, drawings, forecasts, graphs, maps, memoranda, minutes, notes, proposals, reports, and rosters; concerning planning strategies for administrators, faculties, schools, departments and centers; actual and proposed budgets; committees; enrollment and course statistics; space and facilities planning; emergency and contingency planning; university policies and procedures; offices such as Case Institute of Technology Planning Office, CWRU Plans and Programs Office, Architectural Advisor's Office, and external organizations such as Ohio Board of Regents and Cleveland Institute of Music.

Materials do not circulate. Materials are available by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Folders containing non-directory personally identifiable information about students, employee evaluations grievance/disciplinary proceedings, salary/income/financial status, mental/physical health, allegations of misconduct that are unresolved or to which the accused has not responded, or anonymous donors, are restricted.
