This series consists of memoranda, minutes, and reports concerning personnel policies, expenditures, and programs within the university's School of Dentistry, School of Medicine, School of Nursing, and University Hospitals of Cleveland.

Materials do not circulate. Materials are available by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Folders containing non-directory personally identifiable information about students, employee evaluations, grievance/disciplinary proceedings, salary/income/financial status, mental/physical health, allegations of misconduct that are unresolved or to which the accused has not responded, or anonymous donors, are restricted.
