This series consists of brochures, budgets, correspondence, minutes, newsletters, proposals, reports; concerning administration of community-related programs of continuing education, research, and patient education programs operated in collaboration with area hospitals; hospital marketing efforts; School of Medicine computer usage.

Materials do not circulate. Materials are available by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Folders containing non-directory personally identifiable information about students, employee evaluations, grievance/disciplinary proceedings, salary/income/financial status, mental/physical health, allegations of misconduct that are unresolved or to which the accused has not responded, or anonymous donors, are restricted.
