 This series consists of analog minutes, memoranda of understanding, and rosters concerning biosafety facilities designations, identification and approval of University research using biohazardous organisms, documentation of investigators, personnel education and training, provision of insurance, and compliance with Center for Disease Control recommendations in the containment, preparation, use, and disposal of biohazardous material to ensure safety of personnel and the environment.

Scope and Content

Materials do not circulate. Materials are available by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Folders containing non-directory personally identifiable information about students, employee evaluations, grievance/disciplinary proceedings, salary/income/financial status, mental/physical health, allegations of misconduct that are unresolved or to which the accused has not responded, or anonymous donors, are restricted.
