Scope and Content

This series consists of an analog constitution, reports, and rosters; concerning creation of a University Faculty Constitution including requirements of faculty in meeting objectives of the university; by-laws and regulations; representation of the faculty to the university governing bodies; and commentary on the structure and governance of university-wide elected faculty bodies.

Materials do not circulate. Materials are available by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Folders containing non-directory personally identifiable information about students, employee evaluations, grievance/disciplinary proceedings, salary/income/financial status, mental/physical health, allegations of misconduct that are unresolved or to which the accused has not responded, or anonymous donors, are restricted.
