This series consists of analog annual reports, bound volumes, correspondence, minutes, newspaper clippings, and reports; concerning accessions of new materials, endowments, Harkness Library Loan, library collections, library history, Mather College Library Committee, operating procedures, and services.

Materials do not circulate. Materials are available by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Folders containing non-directory personally identifiable information about students, employee evaluations, grievance/disciplinary proceedings, salary/income/financial status, mental/physical health, allegations of misconduct that are unresolved or to which the accused has not responded, or anonymous donors, are restricted.
