This series consists of analog budgets, by-laws, a constitution, course outlines, curriculum vitae, a handbook, lessons, newspaper clippings, photographs, a questionnaire, rosters, scripts, statistics, student recommendations, and a scorebook; concerning curricula, personnel and facilities procedures, Mather Fall Picnic; outings to Squire Valleevue Farm (Pink Pig); teaching objectives and methods; sports including archery, badminton, basketball, bowling, dance, fencing, field hockey, gymnastics, lacrosse, soccer, softball, speedball, swimming, tennis, track and field, and volleyball.

Materials do not circulate. Materials are available by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Folders containing non-directory personally identifiable information about students, employee evaluations, grievance/disciplinary proceedings, salary/income/financial status, mental/physical health, allegations of misconduct that are unresolved or to which the accused has not responded, or anonymous donors, are restricted.
