Otto Miller (1874-1950) was a businessman and civic leader, of Cleveland, Ohio. The collection consists of correspondence, certificates, and family papers, relating chiefly to the genealogy of Michael Spangler and other ancestors of Miller, and to World War I. Includes letters from Aaron Woolworth, of Bridgehampton, New York, to his parents and brother, Chester Woolworth, of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, and letters to Joseph K. and Margaret (Spangler) Miller, of Cleveland, Ohio, and Joseph Woolworth, of Crawfordsville, Indiana. Also includes correspondence with Newton D. Baker, Harry I. Emerson, Edward B. Greene and Warren G. Harding pertaining to matters arising out of World War I, 1917. |
