Series 1. Assistant and Associate Deans (AD) spans from 1967 to 1974 and contains records created by the ADs of faculties. The records include correspondence, budgets, committee reports, position papers, publications, salary studies, evaluations, memoranda, calendars, teacher evaluations, and event planning. ADs represented include William Day, James Perrotti, Taylor Culbert, and Edward Penson.

Series 2. Deans spans from 1968 to 1972 and contains records created by the deans of faculties.
