This series consists of an analog ledger concerning funds and operational accounting for Flora Stone Mather College including endowment fund income, assets and property, profit-loss statements, and all sources of operational expenses and income including the Haydn Candy Shoppe, sales, gifts, salaries, fees and tuition.

Materials do not circulate. Materials are available by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Folders containing non-directory personally identifiable information about students, employee evaluations, grievance/disciplinary proceedings, salary/income/financial status, mental/physical health, allegations of misconduct that are unresolved or to which the accused has not responded, or anonymous donors, are restricted.
