This series consists of analog annual reports, correspondence, newsletters, and reports; concerning appraisal of holdings, circulation policies, computer lab, faculty publications, integrated library system, library collections, research, and selected bibliographies.

Materials do not circulate. Materials are available by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Folders containing non-directory personally identifiable information about students, employee evaluations, grievance/disciplinary proceedings, salary/income/financial status, mental/physical health, allegations of misconduct that are unresolved or to which the accused has not responded, or anonymous donors, are restricted.
